We are Happy to Announce Our New Instructor!

John Martini is joining EEDD to be the lead instructor for our Solar Photovoltaics classes. John is a Certified Administrator for Electronics Technicians Association-International (ETA) and holds a certification from them in Solar PV, Level 1. John also is recognized for his work with ETA as a Subject Matter Expert in Solar PV. We are a collection of individuals who have come together to advance the home energy market. We are from three major industries: Education, Workforce and Utilities.

Our instructors have taught adults at the college and university level. They have the experience and the credentials to effectively relate to students. Our workforce educators have a long and varied resume of real-world energy and weatherization field experience. Our utility training partners have many years associated with public utilities, their procedures and protocols. Our instructors bring the necessary credentials, experience and passion to deliver first class training.

We provide a variety of training programs. These programs can be custom made to your requirements. Just tell us what you need. All of our programs are designed to allow student hands-on participation. We utilize many strategic partners (subject matter experts) as resources to provide up to date training. As Training Coordinator for EEDD, I am pleased to announce the latest addition to our training line-up. Mr. John Martini comes to us after a long tenure with the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith (UAFS). John will lead our Solar Photovoltaics classes.

I was in one of your classes from Rheem. I know you probably won’t remember me, maybe this will help, there are still 128 ounces in a gallon, lol. I was in the class with Billye, Christina, Leonard, Jenifer, and Alethia.
